Made for People Who Live Up Close
Books, screens, small print, early starts. If your day happens within arm's reach, this was built for you.
Still holds the book
Newspapers, novels, crosswords. Ten minutes before you sit down with them.
Nine hours of screens
Laptop, phone, tablet. A real break between the calls, not another scroll.
Up before the sun
Daylight-style blue light with your first coffee. Duo model only.
Different time zone, again
50g and folds flat. It lives in the laptop bag, not the suitcase.
Two Wavelengths. Two Jobs.
Red light for your eyes. Blue light for your rhythm. Choose one, or get both.
For Your Eyes
A gentle, low-level deep red wavelength that has been widely studied for its role in supporting the body's natural cellular energy processes. UV-free and non-invasive, it's designed for everyday visual wellness — a short, hands-free session that fits between meetings, or before you sit down with a book.
Included in MEINNO Red and MEINNO Duo
For Your Rhythm
A daylight-style wavelength commonly used to support alertness and circadian rhythm alignment. Morning light exposure is a long-established habit among people managing jet lag, shift work, or the darker months of the year.
MEINNO Duo only
Under Two Ounces, and You Can Tell
An open frame, a folding hinge, and nothing sitting in front of your eyes.
Sculpted, not clinical
A faceted white shell with a soft chamfer running the length of the front. It reads as a personal object, not hospital equipment.
Nothing over your eyes
No lenses, no glass, no closed visor. The frame sits above the brow on a soft rubber bridge, so your view stays completely open.
Folds flat
The blue silicone arms fold in against the body. It goes in the laptop bag, the carry-on, or the bedside drawer.
Keep your readers on
The open frame clears most prescription and reading glasses. You don't have to take anything off to use it.
Which One Is For You?
Same frame, same weight, same fit. The difference is how many wavelengths you want.

Three Minutes to Learn. Ten to Use.
No app, no pairing, no setup. One button does everything.
Put it on
Over your reading glasses if you wear them. The rubber bridge rests on your nose, the arms hook over your ears.
Pick a timer
One button cycles ten, fifteen or twenty minutes. Brightness eases up over the first sixty seconds.
Carry on with your day
Read, listen to something, or just sit back. It shuts itself off when the timer ends.

A clinical device from another manufacturer — not MEINNO
These studies examine 670nm light in general. They were conducted with research-grade equipment at specific doses and do not describe the performance of this product. MEINNO is a general wellness device, is not an FDA-authorised medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. A different kind of light
Some People Come to Us for the Darker Months
MEINNO Dawn swaps the red light for a bright blue-and-white daylight spectrum, in the same 1.9 oz frame. Wear it while you make coffee instead of sitting in front of a lamp for half an hour.
The Questions We Actually Get
Including the ones with answers you might not expect.
Is this a medical device?
No. MEINNO is a general wellness product designed for relaxation and everyday comfort. It is not registered or marketed as a medical device, and it makes no medical claims.
Will it help with my presbyopia?
No. Presbyopia is caused by natural changes in the lens of the eye, and no light-based device can reverse that — you'll still need your reading glasses. What many people in this age group are looking for is simply a comfortable break during long stretches of close-up work, and that's what MEINNO is designed for.
Is it safe to use with my eyes open?
Yes. It uses gentle, low-intensity, UV-free light, and brightness increases gradually over the first sixty seconds so your eyes adapt comfortably. That said, if anything feels uncomfortable, stop and take a break.
Can I wear it over my glasses?
Yes. The open frame sits above the brow and clears most prescription and reading glasses. Very large or thick frames may be a tighter fit.
Will it stay on while I move around?
Every MEINNO ships with an adjustable sport strap. Clip it to both arms and the frame holds securely whether you're lying back, walking around the house, or on the treadmill. A spare nose bridge is included in the box as well.
What comes in the box?
The glasses, a zip travel case, an adjustable sport strap, a spare nose bridge, a USB-C charging cable and a user manual.
How often should I use it?
For red light, ten to fifteen minutes, two or three times a week is enough for most people, and mornings suit most routines. For the blue mode on MEINNO Duo, twenty to thirty minutes in the early morning. More is not better.
Should I use it if I have an eye condition?
Talk to your eye care professional first. MEINNO is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for an eye examination.
